Freedom is expressed and felt in many ways. Focusing on the connection between Black and brown people experiencing the outdoors, and the need to have protective hairstyles as a way in. In collaboration with The North Face celebrating Juneteenth, this piece was a call to action for people of color to get outside in any way they can.
